Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Keystone Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
