Product Manager - billing and payments (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting.
