Product Manager - billing and payments (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oakland, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
