Product Manager - billing and payments (Oakland, CA)

Summit Granite Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Oakland, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
