Product Manager - billing and payments (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Glen Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
