Product Manager - billing and payments (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
