Product Manager - billing and payments (New Orleans, LA)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
