Product Manager - billing and payments (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Haven Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
