Product Manager - billing and payments (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate Haven Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in New Orleans, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
