Product Manager - billing and payments (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge River Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
