Product Manager - billing and payments (Nashville, TN)

Summit Nest Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role.
