Product Manager - billing and payments (Nashville, TN)

Northwind River Financial Group serves customers across Nashville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting.
