Product Manager - billing and payments (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood North Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
