Product Manager - billing and payments (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bright Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around shrink and waste and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
