Product Manager - billing and payments (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Beacon Financial serves customers across Milwaukee with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting.
