Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
