Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Junction Financial Group serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
