Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Rook Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
