Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

Bright Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Miami. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
