Product Manager - billing and payments (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
