Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Markets Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Madison. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
