Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Madison, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
