Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

Redstone Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Madison. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
