Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Vista Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people based in Madison. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
