Product Manager - billing and payments (Madison, WI)

Summit Field Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Madison. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
