Product Manager - billing and payments (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Technologies provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Louisville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
