Product Manager - billing and payments (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
