Product Manager - billing and payments (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 349 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
