Product Manager - billing and payments (Little Rock, AR)

Nova North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
