Product Manager - billing and payments (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Wren Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account openings and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account openings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
