Product Manager - billing and payments (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Little Rock, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
