Product Manager - billing and payments (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Las Vegas serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
