Product Manager - billing and payments (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
