Product Manager - billing and payments (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Knoxville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
