Product Manager - billing and payments (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
