Product Manager - billing and payments (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
