Product Manager - billing and payments (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
