Product Manager - billing and payments (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Fox Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
