Product Manager - billing and payments (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
