Product Manager - billing and payments (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Indianapolis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
