Product Manager - billing and payments (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Forge Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Houston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
