Product Manager - billing and payments (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Houston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
