Product Manager - billing and payments (Houston, TX)

Fernwood Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Houston with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
