Product Manager - billing and payments (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
