Product Manager - billing and payments (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
