Product Manager - billing and payments (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cobalt Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
