Product Manager - billing and payments (Honolulu, HI)

Bright Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
