Product Manager - billing and payments (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Union Facilities is a facilities company in Honolulu with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
