Product Manager - billing and payments (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
