Product Manager - billing and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Grand Rapids with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 349 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
